Charles Grenier-Green

With a background in traditional accounting from Deloitte, Charles is a Senior Accountant at Darien Advisors. He has worked with a wide range of clients in many different industries prior to getting hooked on blockchain technology and jumping in with both feet. Throughout the past several years, Charles has worked for a cryptocurrency exchange in addition to co-founding a DeFi project on Avalanche and consulting for several start-ups in the space.

Education: Charles has a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Alberta, an MBA degree from Queen’s University, as well as CPA and FPAC designations.

Past: from working as a safari guide in South Africa, then working in a zoo in Bolivia, and eventually living in an igloo in the remote arctic for several years working in the mineral exploration industry, Charles has traveled the globe and finally settled in Canada.
